Adam and Jo approached Grizzlyware needing an update to their website in order to sell fabric in quantities rather than lengths — an issue that was not only frustrating for them, it was also off-putting for customers. Their back–office report system also needed addressing and smoothing out to speed up their order fulfilment.
We developed and implemented a bespoke system online, a software that now enables Country Cow's team to prepare a specific fabric order at once in its entirety, instead of just individual orders, thus increasing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. We handled site upgrades and security, plus created a streamlined report system too.
