Nimbus is an eco-friendly web hosting partner with a UK-based data centre that runs on 100% renewable energy.

We developed a completely new authorisation system into Nimbus Hosting's platform, allowing their agency customers to manage access rights and permissions.

Known as RBAC - role based access control - this new system provides a secure way for granting management access to customer websites and servers. It aims to reduce password sharing, by allowing users to do things themselves, increasing security and lessening the threat of social engineering.

This was the largest single change in the history of the Nimbus Hosting platform, and the Grizzlyware dev team were an integral part of it.
