Glasgow based property management team AGPM was set up by Anne Gordon over 15 years ago to transform property development in the area by providing a friendly, reliable, and transparent service.

AGPM approached Grizzlyware, needing an update to streamline its platform to handle a number of intricate payment processes. These involved invoicing property management fees and repair and maintenance costs, splitting them in specific ratios by tenant. They were also producing formatted invoices and emailing them out manually, spending one week every quarter preparing them. This was undertaken by two people, and AGPM needed to save time and remove the risk of human error.

Grizzlyware created an in–house invoicing platform for admins to manage the properties and their tenants, define recurring fees for the whole building for specific tenants and handle one–off costs for that building and/or its tenants. The emailing of PDF invoices is now automatically generated, cutting user error and saving time. An external portal was also created for clients and tenants to track payments made, allowing them to check account balances, view their invoices/balances, and offer submission for support requests.

With less human error, the maths and money are now allocated between tenants automatically, saving a huge amount of time. This task can now be undertaken by just one person. A staff activity log can now be tracked to streamline the process and better allocate work.
