Country Cow are a husband and wife sewing team from Cornwall, creating high quality digital sewing patterns and video tutorials for bag makers around the world, whilst providing bag–making supplies, including fabric online.

Adam and Jo approached Grizzlyware needing an update to their website in order to sell fabric in quantities rather than lengths — an issue that was not only frustrating for them, it was also off–putting for customers. Their back–office report system also needed addressing and smoothing out to speed up their order fulfilment.

We developed and implemented a bespoke system online, a software that now enables Country Cow's team to prepare a specific fabric order at once in its entirety, instead of just individual orders, thus increasing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. We handled site upgrades and security, plus created a streamlined report system too.
