Cornwall based PharmaKey has over 30 years experience as a recruitment company, specialising in all areas of pharmacy recruitment. They approached Grizzlyware with their daily challenges of managing the scheduling and booking of locums, issues sending out booking confirmations to stores and locums, tracking bookings and dealing with double bookings.

We built a booking system that staff can use to process and keep details of stores, contacts, locums and bookings. PDF email confirmations can now be emailed to concerned parties and double bookings are prevented. We later added functionality to automatically ingest shift openings in stores, automatically email locums work offers and fulfil shifts quicker, thus winning the business more bookings.

PharmaKey now finds it easier and quicker to make bookings, track fees, prevent double bookings and find contact details for locums and stores from a growing database. Auto slot ingests also increased the chance of securing a booking before a competitor.
